These terms govern your use of pangolinedge.com (the "Site"), operated by Pangolin Edge Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Everything on this Site is general educational material about the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Nothing here creates a professional or advisory relationship between you and us.

Do not rely on this Site as your sole source of exam preparation or as authority on any securities regulation. Always verify against FINRA's official materials, the FINRA rulebook, and the current SIE content outline.

"FINRA," "SIE," and "Securities Industry Essentials" are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the exam our educational content covers, under nominative fair use.

Accuracy and currency of content

We source regulatory claims from primary materials — FINRA rule text, FINRA Regulatory Notices, the eCFR, and FinCEN publications — and we date our content. Even so, securities regulation changes, sometimes with little notice, and exam content outlines are revised periodically.

We make no warranty that any statement on this Site is current, complete, or accurate at the time you read it. Where a rule change is pending rather than in effect, we try to say so, but you should confirm the current state of any rule yourself before relying on it.

No guarantee of exam results

We do not guarantee that you will pass the SIE exam, achieve any particular score, obtain any registration, or secure any employment. Exam outcomes depend on factors entirely outside our control. Any pass-rate figures we cite are attributed benchmarks published by third parties, not predictions about your result.

Third-party links and our commercial relationship

The Site links to third-party websites, including Udemy. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, pricing, or availability.

Disclosure: we publish and sell SIE preparation courses on Udemy under the instructor account "Pangolin Edge." When this Site recommends or links to those courses, we are recommending our own product and we earn revenue if you enrol. We label these references on the page where they appear. Any purchase you make on Udemy is a transaction between you and Udemy, governed by Udemy's terms — not ours. Refunds, access periods, and support for course purchases are handled by Udemy under its policies.

Prices and discounts shown on this Site are indicative and may change or expire. The price displayed at checkout on Udemy governs.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, layout, images, and code — is owned by Pangolin Edge Ltd. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
